A student from Neo-Saitama 1st University who joins the demonstrations at the Marunoouchi Sugoitakai building. Naraki was tricked into joining the protests by Maname, who he wished to impress. In reality however, the protests were used by Ikki Uchikowashi, with members hiding within the protesters and starting violence. Naraki later goes on start his own movement, following peaceful methods.
